6 Cocktail Recipes to Make with Everie Wine

A great wine does not have to stay in the glass. Some of the most fun and memorable drinks you can make start with exactly what is already in your fridge, and if that happens to be Everie Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, or Red Blend, you are already halfway to a great time.

We rounded up six cocktail recipes from some of our favorite creators, each one a natural match for an Everie wine. From a juicy berry sangria to a wine-forward margarita that will change the way you think about tequila drinks, these are the kinds of pours that make any occasion feel special.

And because Everie stays fresh for 30 days after opening, there is always plenty left for the next round.

Creative Cocktails with Everie Rosé

Everie Rosé brings pink grapefruit, watermelon, hibiscus, and peach to every pour. Bright, juicy, and subtly sweet, it is a natural cocktail base for drinks that want fruit and freshness without weight. These two recipes were practically made for it.

Pink Berry Rosé Sangria

This is the pitcher drink that disappears first at any gathering. A vibrant crowd pleaser, this berry-forward sangria using rosé wine, vodka, fresh strawberries, raspberries, blood orange slices, and a splash of lemon soda added right before serving is easy to scale up. The result is pale pink, refreshing, and just sweet enough to feel celebratory without being heavy.

Everie Rosé is a perfect base. Its watermelon and pink grapefruit notes amplify the fresh berry flavors, and the subtle sweetness of the wine means you can dial back or skip the added sugar entirely. Make it in the morning, refrigerate for a couple of hours, and add the soda right before your guests arrive.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 box Everie Rosé

  • 1/2 cup vodka (optional, but recommended)

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional, to taste)

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

  • 1 blood orange, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint

  • 2 cups lemon soda, club soda, or seltzer to top

Method

  1. Add the strawberries, raspberries, orange slices, and mint to a large pitcher

  1. Pour in the rosé, vodka, and lemon juice. Add sugar if using and stir to combine

  1. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for deeper fruit flavor

  1. Add the soda immediately before serving

Serve over ice, ladling fruit into each glass.

Pro Tip

Sangria is best served within 24 hours but keeps in the fridge for 2 to 3 days. The color of the fruit will fade over time and the flavor will deepen and sweeten.

The Colletti Royale

The Colletti Royale is the most elegant drink on this list, and one of the most straightforward to make. Reposado tequila, Cointreau, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, blood orange juice, fresh lime, and orange bitters are shaken and strained over ice, then topped with chilled rosé. The result is floral, citrusy, sparkling, and beautiful.

Everie Rosé is the topper of choice here. Its watermelon and hibiscus notes play perfectly off the elderflower and blood orange in the shaken base, and the subtly sweet finish rounds out the citrus and tequila underneath. Strain into a wine glass over fresh ice, pour the chilled rosé slowly on top, and finish with a blood orange wheel.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz reposado tequila

  • 1/2 oz Cointreau

  • 1/2 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur

  • 1/2 oz blood orange juice

  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice

  • 2 dashes orange bitters

  • Approximately 3 oz Everie Rosé, chilled, to top

Method

  1. Add the tequila, Cointreau, St-Germain, blood orange juice, lime juice, and bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice

  1. Shake until well chilled

  1. Strain into a wine glass filled with fresh ice

  1. Top with chilled Everie Rosé and garnish with a blood orange wheel

Pro Tip

Serve immediately after topping with rosé.

Refreshing Sips with Everie Sauvignon Blanc

Everie Sauvignon Blanc leads with green apple, grapefruit, nectarine, and white peach, finishing clean and bright with a subtly sweet citrus note. Crisp and expressive, it lifts every drink it goes into without overwhelming the other flavors.

The Palermo

The Palermo is an elegant, tropical cocktail that pairs Sauvignon Blanc with vanilla rum, pineapple juice, and a touch of rich simple syrup, shaken and fine-strained into a chilled coupe. It is smooth, lightly tropical, and far more sophisticated than it sounds on paper. The wine adds a bright acidity and citrus backbone that keeps the pineapple from tipping the drink into too-sweet territory.

Everie Sauvignon Blanc is exactly right here. The green apple and grapefruit notes balance the pineapple and vanilla beautifully, and the clean finish keeps every sip fresh and lively. Use a vanilla-infused rum or quality, off-the-shelf vanilla rum for best results, and fine strain for a polished pour.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz vanilla rum or vanilla-infused light rum

  • 1 oz Everie Sauvignon Blanc

  • 1 1/4 oz pineapple juice

  • 1/4 oz rich simple syrup (2:1 sugar to water)

Method

  1. Pre-chill a coupe glass

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice

  1. Shake well until chilled

  1. Fine strain into the chilled coupe and garnish with a pineapple wedge on the rim

Pro Tip

Fine straining removes any small ice chips and gives the cocktail a clean, polished surface. Use a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer together for best results.

Easy White Peach Sangria

White sangria that is exactly what you want on a warm afternoon: simple, fruit-forward, and designed to feed a crowd without any stress. Everie Sauvignon Blanc combines with apricot brandy, peach schnapps, sliced oranges, limes, fresh peaches, and strawberries. The whole pitcher is chilled, then poured, with club soda, ginger ale or prosecco topping off each glass at serving time.

Sauvignon Blanc is one of the best whites for sangria, and Everie is a particularly good fit. The green apple and nectarine notes complement the peach schnapps beautifully, and the bright citrus finish keeps the sangria feeling fresh rather than flat. The subtle sweetness means you can go lighter on the schnapps if you prefer a more restrained drink.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 box Everie Sauvignon Blanc

  • 1/2 cup apricot brandy

  • 1/4 cup peach schnapps

  • 2 oranges, sliced

  • 2 limes, sliced

  • 2 peaches, pitted and sliced

  • 1 1/2 cups halved fresh strawberries

  • Club soda, prosecco, or ginger ale to top

Method

  1. Combine the brandy, schnapps, and all prepared fruit in a large pitcher

  1. Pour in the Sauvignon Blanc and stir to combine

  1. Refrigerate for up to 4 hours

  1. To serve, spoon some fruit into the bottom of each glass, fill about 3/4 with sangria, and top with club soda, ginger ale or prosecco

  1. Serve immediately

Pro Tip

For a sweeter sangria, top with ginger ale instead of club soda. Do not let it sit for more than 4 hours as the fruit can start to turn the sangria bitter.

Unexpected Cocktails with Everie Red Blend

Everie Red Blend brings blackberry, plum, cherry, and a long velvety finish to every pour. Smooth and fruit-forward with enough body to hold its own in a cocktail, it is the wine you reach for when you want something that feels a little more intentional.

The Devil's Margarita

The Devil's Margarita is a clever and stunning twist on a classic: blanco tequila, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup shaken and strained into a glass, then finished with a float of red wine that slowly bleeds through the drink as you sip it. The contrast between the bright citrus cocktail and the deep red float is as beautiful to look at as it is to drink.

Everie Red Blend is the float of choice here. Its blackberry, plum, and cherry notes add a lush fruitiness that plays beautifully off the sharp lime and tequila, and the smooth finish keeps the drink from feeling harsh. The technique is easier than it looks: pour the wine slowly over the back of a bar spoon and it will settle naturally on the surface.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz blanco tequila

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • 3/4 oz simple syrup

  • 1/2 oz Everie Red Blend, for the float

Method

  1. Add the tequila, lime juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice

  1. Shake until well chilled, then strain into a cocktail glass

  1. Float the Everie Red Blend on top by slowly pouring it over the back of a bar spoon so it pools on the surface

  1. Garnish with a lime wheel and serve immediately

Pro Tip

Use fresh lime juice only. The float technique works best with a clean, bright base underneath, and bottled lime juice muddies the flavor.

Classic Red Sangria

This classic red sangria stays close to the Spanish tradition and is better for it. Red wine, fresh citrus, chopped apple, raspberries, and orange liqueur or brandy, chilled overnight so the fruit has proper time to infuse the wine. They sweeten it naturally with fresh orange juice, which keeps the drink bright and balanced without leaning sugary.

Everie Red Blend is an excellent base. The blackberry and cherry notes deepen alongside the raspberries and orange, and the smooth tannins keep the sangria soft and approachable even after a long chill. Give it at least eight hours in the fridge, ideally overnight, for the best possible flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 box Everie Red Blend

  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped

  • 1 orange, thinly sliced then cut into quarters

  • 1 lemon or lime, thinly sliced

  • 1/3 cup raspberries or sliced strawberries

  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice

  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Cointreau, Grand Marnier, or brandy

Method

  1. Place the apple, orange, lime, and raspberries in a large pitcher

  1. Pour in the Red Blend, orange juice, and Cointreau and stir to combine

  1. Chill for at least 8 hours, or overnight for the best flavor

  1. Serve in glasses filled with ice, ladling fruit into each glass alongside the sangria

Pro Tip

This sangria keeps in the fridge with the fruit for 3 to 4 days. The flavor deepens and the fruit becomes more boozy the longer it sits.

A Few Quick Tips for Cocktails with Everie

Because Everie stays fresh for up to 30 days after opening, you never have to worry about using up the whole carton for a recipe. Open it, pour what you need, and save the rest for tomorrow or the weekend.

  • For sangria: Always give it time to chill. Two hours is the minimum for the rosé sangria, eight hours for the red. The fruit needs time to properly infuse the wine and soften.

  • For shaken cocktails: Pour Everie straight from the fridge. A cold wine base keeps every cocktail tasting bright and fresh from the first sip to the last.

  • For the float technique: The slower and lower you pour over the bar spoon, the cleaner the float will sit on top of the drink. Patience pays off here.

  • For entertaining: The Weekender Pack includes all three wines so you can make a different cocktail every night of the weekend without a second trip to the store.

  • For sharing: All three sangria recipes scale easily. Double any of them for a full party pitcher that serves eight to ten people without any extra effort.
