Refund policy

Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Orders 

Due to state and federal alcohol regulations, we are unable to accept returns of wine once it has shipped, whether opened or unopened, except in the following circumstances: 

  • Your order arrived damaged or in an unusable condition

  • You received the wrong item. 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@everiewine.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. Upon verification, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion. 

Order cancellations may be requested within a limited window after purchase. Once an order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to cancel it. For assistance, contact us as soon as possible at hello@everiewine.com.
